For more than 40 years, SIFF has been bringing great film experiences to the Northwest through its International Film Festival, film education programs and screenings in multiple locations. In 2013 Queen Anne’s Uptown Theater, one of its most beloved screening locations, was threatened with potential sale and development. Point32 successfully negotiated an off-market purchase of the property by a philanthropic supporter to ensure that SIFF would have long-term ownership and continued use of this neighborhood landmark.
