Point32’s Art Stable is a boutique condominium project designed for art makers and collectors. Completed in 2010, the project was designed to reflect the warehouse tradition of Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood, and offer the flexibility to meet each buyer’s unique needs. Six highly-adaptable full floor units were sold as flexible ‘shells’ to maximize buyer creativity and use.
Designed by Tom Kundig, the building continues to be recognized for its unparalleled approach to in-city living and unique design features, such as highly inventive operable window walls and doors. In 2011 it was named Project of the Year by Residential Architect, and has received several honor awards from the American Institute of Architects.
