From its experience as developer of the Bullitt Center, the world’s greenest office building, Point32 has shared its expertise with project teams throughout the country to help meet high-performance goals at a range of project scales. In the United States, we have worked on projects in Colorado, California and Texas, including the Dixon Water Foundation’s Josey Pavilion in Cooke County, Texas designed by Lake Flato Architects.
We have presented our work at conferences throughout the world, including Paris, Dublin, Chicago, and Honolulu, and traveled with a mayoral delegation to China to share the latest trends in high performance building. Our work has been recognized by the International Living Building Institute, and featured in major media publications throughout the United States, including the NY Times and the LA Times.
